We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
P.N. Displayed suits may consist of some additional design elements which are not included and are subject to availability on stitched orders.
Exchange Policy
The products can be exchanged within 2 weeks of delivery. However the products that are stitched or customized as per customer’s requirement cannot be exchanged.
In case of exchange, both way shipment charges are to be borne by the customer.
Return Policy
PkSuits.com does not offer any return or MONEY-BACK-GUARANTEE on all purchased items. (The refund occurs unless the unlikely situation occurs in which we have sent you a wrong item!) that will be only refunded if the purchased good is unused and undamaged by the customer and returned back within 2 weeks of delivery.
Order Placement
PkSuits.com takes no guarantee of processing the order or the products availability that you had ordered, until the full payment has been received. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, but if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design/color (within the same price range) or else you can also get back the refund of your amount for that particular item only.
The order is only processed after the customer makes the payment and informs us about payment details by email i.e. payment reference number and sender’s full name.
International – Customs
In most cases, there are no any additional custom charges, duty charges or taxes on small parcels upto 20kg but since customs policies vary widely from country to country, any extra clearance charges (if any) must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
